Skull Crusher items may be delivered by local post and/or reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly on receipt of full payment. We aim to deliver our products to you at the place of delivery requested by you within the time indicated by us at the time of your Order, but we cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 business days for Australia depending on the delivery option. International delivery may vary between countries - please allow up to 30 days receiving your order.
We will not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, expenses arising out of late delivery.
When your items have been dispatched, we will confirm shipment via email by including a tracking number for each consignment.
Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you place the Order and arrange for cancellation of the Order or delivery to an alternative delivery address.
All risk in the product shall pass to you upon delivery. From the time when risk passes to you, we will not be liable for loss or destruction of the product.
Please note that if an item has been lost or damaged in transit, we may not be able to despatch a replacement item immediately. It is your responsibility to inform us that an order has not arrived. Once we learn that an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion. You will be entitled to a refund if we cannot supply the item at all.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Our first priority is your complete satisfaction with your Skull Crusher purchase. We will accept product returns and provide you with (at our discretion) a replacement for the Product (subject to availability) an exchange, refund or repair where:
- The Item delivered is faulty or is not of merchantable quality, or
- The Item delivered is not fit for its intended purpose, or
- The Item delivered does not match the description on the Site
If the Item delivered is faulty, not of merchantable quality, not fit for its intended purpose, does not match the description on the Site then please contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org and our Customer Service Team will assist with your request. To evaluate your return request, please provide us with:
- The Order or invoice number;
- A detailed description, including photograph(s) of the problem or the reason for your request to the return the Item;
You must lodge a Return Request within 30 calendar days of your order being dispatched. Upon having your request approved, you must return the item within 10 calendar days.
When an Item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, we will not provide a refund, exchange or repair. Please choose carefully refunds are not provided for change of mind.
On international orders, we will not reimburse the cost of return shipping, or accept liability for customs duties or taxes. Please note we do not offer exchanges for international orders. If an alternative Item is required, you will have to place a separate order for this.
You can return an Item by post using any international postal service or courier. We recommend you mark your parcel as ‘returned goods’ to avoid customs delays.
All orders are to be returned to the address displayed below. The Items are the responsibility of the customer until they are returned to Skull Crusher. Skull Crusher will not issue a refund to Items that have been misplaced or lost in transit.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
It is an essential pre-condition to you using our website that you agree and accept that Skull Crusher is not legally responsible for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental loss, injury or damage you might suffer related to your use of the website, whether from errors or from omissions in our information, any products or services we offer or from any other use of the website. Your use of any information, materials or services on or through this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable.
It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific, personal requirements. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the extent we are unable to exclude liability; our total liability for loss or damage you suffer or incur from our products and website services is limited to us re-supplying the Services to you, or, at our option, us refunding to you the amount you have paid us for the Services to which your claim relates.
Legislation may confer certain rights, warranties and guarantees and remedies relating to the provision of the products and website services which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified, including but not limited to Consumer Law. At no time are these statutory rights sought to be excluded.
AMENDMENT OF TERMS AND WEBSITE CONTENT
We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms, any content or appearance of the website at any time without notice. Please check these terms regularly prior to using our website to ensure you are aware of any changes. We will endeavour to highlight any significant or substantive changes where possible.
